Personal Trainer Overview

The first session is a basic assessment of the clients abilities to perform certain exercises to their best of their ability. After the first session is complete, the client and I sit together to discuss fitness goals and nutrition to create a plan for success.

I have been in the fitness field for about 5 years. I started like all of my clients have; as a client. Having a trainer changed my life and also guided me towards my career. One of my many qualities as a trainer is being able to relate to my clients emotions and feelings throughout the training process. Another one of my qualities is that I get to know my clients on a more personal level, which leads to more success for muy clientes because I understand their wants and needs.
