Personal Trainer Overview
I focus on health. There are no easy healthy weight loss tactics. I ensure that people are healthy and fit. I teach my clients how to do this themselves for the rest of their lives so that they don't always need to pay a personal trainer.
I believe that God creates our bodies to do remarkable things so we just need to tap into the mechanisms He's given us. I don't do anything that won't make you healthy for life. Every workout must target energy systems and muscle fiber types. It won't just be hard, but it will be effective.
-Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions -BS in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition -Author of published book The 6 Week Workout Program -Worked as Personal Trainer Manager at Gold's Gym -Wrote workouts and assisted in training for professional athletes and athletes preparing to be professionals -Studied NASM's personal trainer certification
