Personal Trainer Overview
I have been coaching individuals for over 20 years and helping them with their fitness goals. I make working out fun, safe and habit forming. I believe in a gradual approach when it comes to fitness.
I look at obtaining fitness goals the way that many look at climbing mountains, a good sherpa goes a long way. I've been climbing the mountain daily for many years and you can benefit from my experience no matter what your goals are.
For over 20 years, I've helped hundreds of clients get into shape while having fun doing it. ASFA Certified.
Much of my success came when Meredith Grenier from the Daily Breeze had heard of the success I was having with clients, and wanted to try the program for herself. Her editors noticed how much success she was having and suggested that she write a series of articles about her progressive progress. Since then I have trained many business and health professionals around the South bay, helping them to stay fit and realize there fitness goals
