Personal Trainer Overview
I use a medium to high intensity training method which is challenging but very doable and effective. However, I do adjust the exercise plan to your fitness level. I incorporate a balance of strength training and cardio.
Expect motivation, encouragement and support but also to be challenged and pushed. It won't be easy but we will find a way to get it done. You will reach your goals quickly through hard work and dedication by a wide variety of training methods and adjusting your eating habits. Exercise includes a wide variety of equipment (resistance bands, weight, jump-rope, etc.), and techniques(boot-camp, kickboxing, plyo-metrics). The eating plans provide a wide selection of foods with moderate restrictions. If you are ready to be focused, challenged and see results I am the right trainer for you.

I developed my passion for exercising at the age of 14. I was fortunate to find my true calling early in life. From training in my bedroom as a kid, to working at Golds Gym, LA Fitness, DM Wellness Center to having my own business Lifestyle Fitness I have truly been blessed to not only do something I really enjoy but to help people improve their health and fitness.
