Personal Trainer Overview
I have lost over 80 pounds with fitness and a healthy diet. It has become a passion of mine to help others achieve their goals in weight and fitness. I am not only a trainer but a support system for people who would like to lose weight.
I believe that a healthy diet and physical fitness is the only way to effectively and safely lose weight. I motivate and help push my clients beyond what they feel they can do in order to reach their goals. I believe in working on balance, cardio health, strength, and endurance. I have achieved weight loss success with my philosophy and will help others achieve their goals.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
I spent most of my life being overweight and feeling horrible about myself. I never thought it would be any different and never thought it COULD change. But I discovered it could! And now I want to help others see that too.
