Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, gain strength, improve your balance and coordination or improve your nutrition, I have the right program for you. My unique approach to health and fitness is tailored to your needs, your goals, and your schedule. I offer One-on-One and Partner Personal in your home or in a private studio. Clients range in age from 14-86 years old.
A healthy lifestyle includes a balance of exercise and healthy eating. I know from personal experience that losing weight and eating right is not easy. Our lives are busier than ever and all too often we look for the next “fad diet” guaranteeing quick results. But the truth is, to achieve long-term results you need to make exercise and nutrition a way of life. This is where I can help.

Dana is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with seven years experience helping people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Dana recently gave up her 15 year career as a non-profit fundraising executive to pursue her passion of inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle. Her specialties are designing and implementing personalized programs for weight loss, tone, strength, flexibility and balance.
