Personal Trainer Overview
Christina is a versatile trainer who loves the world of fitness and exercise. She will change any plan to fit your needs, your lifestyle and your goals. The bottom line is what it takes to get the results that you are looking for and she wants to stay on that path with you in the time that your set to get the job done. She prides herself on never doing the same workout twice with her clients and always keeping things interesting by using muscle confusion tactics.....mixing plyometrics, core strength conditioning, cardio, weight training, bosu challenges, medicine ball training, TRX (total body resistance exercise), kickboxing, stretching, and other great ways to work your body out.
Christina never does the same workout twice with her clients. She is always teaching them how to breath, focus and work each individual muscle group. She also enjoys giving clients personalized attention to their diet and what they are eating on a regular basis. She gives them advice on how to change their bad habits and stick with good ones. She enjoys giving them healthy reciepes.
