Chris designs the workouts with your goals and body in mind.
Chris takes an academic approach to creating a fitness program. He develops a fitness program based on scientific principles to take you from your current fitness level to the highest level you want to reach. He believe that the best results are achieved when you train smart and not hard. While working with Chris you will use this approach in your fitness program to maximize your results.

Chris has a passion for sports and exercise which was cultivated from a young age and has continued to develop throughout his entire life. As a young adult, Chris participated in soccer, basketball, cross country, track and field, along with countless hours of shooting hoops in his back yard aspiring to be the next great basketball player. Following his high school running career, the coaches invited him to continue with the cross country program as an assistant coach and later he took over as head coach. While coaching young athletes to perform their best and motivate them to keep giving it their all he realized his passion in life.
