Personal Trainer Overview
I like to help my clients make changes for the long term. Expect me to push you and challenge you, but at the same time, I try to find the best way for you personally to be the healthiest you can be.
I use a modified version of HIIT training. It follows the same principals of doing uptempo work, but it is tailored to what the clients desired result is. I have helped people lose 100 lbs, I have helped people get off prescription pills, and I do sport specific training using my strength and conditioning background. I am motivated by seeing my clients results, in any form they come!

I played football at Michigan State University from 2008-2010, and in 2011 I worked in the weight room as a strength coach. From there I moved to Gainesville, FL. I personal trained from 2012 on. While personal training there I also worked a short stint for the strength staff at the University of Florida. I fell in love with personal training though. I trained at a studio there and eventually I was the owner, but then sold that to pursue my goal of starting the first training studio that focuses on eating as much as working out. I am now the owner of Whole Health Club in Littleton, and we are the gym with the kitchen.
