Personal Trainer Overview
I motivate, teach and support my clients, all while making it fun for them. Each workout is different and utilizes all of the many exercise equipment that I have. I work on all areas of fitness but tailor the workouts according to the client's needs and goals.
My training sessions include improving strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, balance, core, nutrition, injury prevention and rehab from injuries. Some of the workouts include the use of bosu, tubing, kettlebells, dumbbells, nrg ball, medicine balls, wave, bosu ball, drums alive, pilates tubing, TRX suspension training, boxing, agility training, airex mat training, barbells, corball, and more. I truly care about my clients. I am there every step of the way for them, supporting them and directing them on a path to good health.
As a member of IDEA, I have an ongoing education of all areas of personal training through their video subscription service, taking notes and viewing seminars on training all types of clients. Additionally, I stay on top of my craft through the continuing education credits required to keep my ACE certification valid.
I am the former owner, manager and trainer of the Kew Gardens Health and Fitness Center. I operated that facility for 19 years.
