Personal Trainer Overview
With me your workouts will never get stale and boring. I will keep you challenged and motivated. I am a firm believer in core strength and balance training. I am an athlete and I know what it takes to reach a goal. I incorporate various techniques such as dumbells, kettles, bosu, resistance bands and cardio. I will create a positive environment for you to reach your goals safely and injury free.
Whether your new to exercise or have been at it for years, I will show you a whole new way to exercise that I promise you will enjoy. I will never stand around texting or chatting. You have my undivided attention at all times. I will guide you safely through your personalized routine. As no two individual are the same, no two exercise plans are the same. I believe you need to begin by building a strong base foundation and gradually move through the process toward your goal with patience determination and positive motivation.

I am an accomplished Tri Athlete and I have been a runner for over 20 years. I have always been athletic and incorporated weight and core training into my routines. I have had coaches and trainers so I really do know the value of that knowledge and experience and how important it is to have someone to be accountable to. I have run marathons, duathlons and triathlons, inlcuding three IRONMAN triathlons. I understand how hard it can be to get up and out! Whether you just want to loose a few pounds, run your first race, or tone up, I WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST FAN!
