I take the most researched exercise modalities and incorporate them into a fun and exciting workout that you forward to. Working with me, we'll team up to increase your shape amd fitness levels, and accidently put some pep in your step while you inspire others. I have a deep passion for the progressive changes that fitness brings to my life. ASSESSMENT The first thing I would like to do is assess your current fitness level, body type, strengths, weaknesses and then build a program that leads to a direct line to your goals from there. PERSONALIZED PROGRESSION Next, I will build a program that leads a direct line to your goal. I make use of the most reliable and researched training styles available. I then build a program that you can love like the fit of your favorite pair of jeans. VARIETY I then use just enough variety to keep you engaged and excited about your training sessions. Not only would this improve your personal outlook, but your body's look. By keeping your body going through separate phases of fitness, it will keep on working hard to catch up to where you have decided to take your training. With enough variety, plateaus are virtually nonexistent.

Training Philosophy

I became a personal trainer to introduce people to the unlimited possibilities that they might not know they possess, in all aspects of their lives, from beginning a fitness regimen. I've been involved with the fitness industry for the past 5 years. During this time I have gained an intense love, appreciation, and dedication for the benefits that living a fit life produce. The hard times or obstacles that I have been through, always had a way of melting down to something smaller after an intense workout. When I'm standing at the bottom of that hill or in front of a weight pile that looks too heavy for me to lift, I'm reminded of all the problems or obstacles in front of me. I run, I lift, I sweat, I burn, I Sweat, my whole body screams from the inside out,,, ,,,AND I POWER THROUGH. JOIN US My fitness to me is a perfect example of progression in life. Everything I put in, I get out of it. I know there is no cheating, no shortcuts, no excuses, just going hard. It is what it is, and the same time it is what I make it. I dedicate my body, to completing a workout program – My body dedicates itself to becoming stronger to get me there. It's that simple. This is my dedication.
