You are what you eat! Diet is 75 to 80% of how we look. A balance of weight training, cardio, nutrition, and rest/recovery make for optimum health. If you aren't having fun you are doing it wrong or you should be doing something else!

Brian Redtfeldt joined Fitness Together in the Spring 2011 as a Fitness Coach. He has an extensive background in boxing and other sports he has trained and coached. Brian attended College at Boise State (GO BRONCOS!). His passion for fitness started in grade school and carried him through college participating in Boxing, Football; Soccer, Baseball, Golf, and basketball. I think I have tried them all. Brian is NASM CPT and CPR/AED certified. He is dedicated to helping others reach their personal fitness goals and feeling better about themselves.
