Education

I've obtained training in kinesiology, exercise physiology, medical screening, body composition, physical fitness assessments, flexibility/cardiovascular/weight training techniques, nutrition, and goal setting. I am constantly reading to keep up to date on the current fitness trends and newest studies.

Bio

I have always been the athletic type since I was a young child. Excelling in all sports from soccer to basketball. I started weight training around the age of 20. I was always a great motivator when working out with friends. My training tips have helped many of my friends and family get into shape. I have trained people off and on since 2001 but now I am blessed to have the opportunity to put all my focus on personal training. I have a passion for helping people achieve optimum fitness and wellness. There isn't a more rewarding career out there. I love my job.
