Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is science based programming fueled by my enthusiasm for helping clients reach their goals and find success in every workout. I take each client through a thorough fitness evaluation including medical history, weight, height, body fat via calipers and BIA, sub-maximal VO2 test, PAR-Q, circumference measurements, Functional Movement Screening, eating habits analysis and readiness for change analysis. This evaluation provides me with all the information I need to guide each client through an individualized exercise and nutrition program designed to transform the client into their ideal. Bio
I love to have fun and will try most anything once. I have been active my whole life and try to encourage others to do the same. I have a lot of fun with my clients because it is a lot easier to sweat, grunt, and work when you can do it with a smile on your face. I am the fitness director of an exclusive club in downtown Salt Lake City where I work with every type of client you can imagine and I love the challenge that each one of them brings to each session. I teach free fitness classes in Downtown Salt Lake City at the Gallivan Center because I want to help people be healthier, live longer, and find joy in the transformation that exercise can have on your body. I work with youth athletes, figure competitors, knee reconstruction recoveries, moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, and everyone in between.
