Personal Trainer Overview
I believe that we all need to work on our strength, flexibility, balance and cardiorespiratory health as we get older. My workout routines address all of these needs and are everchanging to prepare your body for anything that comes its way.
Training Philosophy
B-A-M are my initials and an indication of my philosophy. I like to keep workouts simple with agility, core and body weight exercises that make you stronger and give you a great aerobic workout as well. I have also had a lifelong interest in nutrition and can help you with yours.

Bio
Growing up with athletic parents and a mother who was a registered dietitian, fitness and nutrition were always part of my life. As a college and lifelong athlete I realized that fitness was my passion and I've enjoyed sharing my knowledge as a NASM and CROSSFIT certified personal trainer. My drive is to help others reach their physical goals and empower them with improved fitness, strength and self confidence.
