Personal Trainer Overview

As a personal trainer, I design workouts to help my clients, of all ages, achieve their goals to their highest potential. I combine functional training, strength training, body weight and core exercises, cardiovascular and endurance, to my workouts. Also, I apply a one on one or group aerobic workouts (bootcamp, kickboxing, aerobic dance, Latin dance) for cardio sessions. After every workout, you will feel great and have so much energy. You will never get bored! I will help achieve short or long term goals.

Training Philosophy

I am passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. What I enjoy the most about being a personal trainer is helping my clients achieve their goals. I continuously seek to expand my knowledge in fitness. I will motivate and educate my clients. You will see results!


I am currently working on my B.A Exercise Science.


I never thought I would be in to fitness the way I am today. I've been through health complications that were challenging in my life. I didn't think I was able to get back into the game.
