Former professional dancer and Equinox trainer. Trained in a renowned rehabilitation hospital in New York, assisting recovery of Parkinson's, Stroke and COPD patients. I train for overall weight management, endurance, flexibility and strength. Stress reduction which helps you to eat less is also part of my training. Whether you are an athlete or a novice gym user, I will find out your underlying motivation and will bring you to your best shape.
