Personal Trainer Overview

From designing customized workout plans to providing ongoing motivation and support, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals at an affordable price. The initial step for each client is to discuss your fitness goals and health history to determine if there are any pre-existing medical conditions which will help determine the best types of exercise suited for you. Next will be an assessment workout to determine individual strength, flexibility and cardiovascular levels which helps in developing custom workouts that are designed to help you reach your goals. Measurements will also be taken as part of the initial assessment as a benchmark to track success over time. A healthy nutritional strategy is part of each client's training program, tailored to help achieve maximum results for your fitness and lifestyle objective.

In 2014, at 276 pounds and in my 30's I decided to address an ugly truth, I was at a crossroad in my health to either get busy living or get busy dying. Fast forward to 2016… with diet and exercise alone I had lost over 120 pounds. This personal journey is what saved me and inspired me to become a personal trainer, to share my story and show others that if you truly believe in yourself and have the determination to change… YOU CAN!!
