Personal Trainer Overview

I offer a variety of training options - my focus is on providing services 100% driven by client goals and needs. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), and Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition). I work with a wide range of goals - weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, bodybuilding, corrective exercise, and general health. I have a special passion for weight loss and weight management - having lost 50 lbs and maintained it for many years, I understand the struggles that accompany the process.

We’ll work together to find training techniques that you look forward to doing. RELATIONSHIP: A strong client-trainer relationship can take your training beyond your expectations. I truly care about my clients and am focused on their success.

I enjoy working as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with clients of all ages and abilities. I have a background in counseling – providing me with skills that really come in handy with clients who struggle with a wide variety of barriers to their success. I truly believe that no matter what difficulties you may be personally facing, you can achieve your goals. The process of weight loss, when combined with a health-focused outlook, can truly transform your entire outlook on life. Though I have a B.A. in Liberal Arts and an M.A. in School Counseling, my real passion for the past several years has been fitness. I particularly enjoy working with clients seeking weight loss; having lost 50 pounds (and maintained it), I have a unique understanding of the process. For me, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing clients achieve success at their goals, whatever goals they may be – weight loss, strength, athletic performance, health, etc. I am based out of Longmont, Colorado and like to take advantage of the mountain lifestyle. Whether it’s sunny or snowing, you’ll find me chasing summits just about every weekend. Having climbed Colorado’s busy 14ers, I opt for solitude these days by choosing more obscure peaks in Colorado’s multitude of wilderness areas. I am blessed to share my alpine journeys with my wonderful partner-in-crime Kimo, who captures our adventures so beautifully with his photography. We are lucky enough to share a home with two highly entertaining felines, Hana and Mauwee, who never fail to amuse us with their antics or general cuteness.
