I develop an individualized program for each client that includes: • Nutrition counseling- To develop life long habits • Training sessions- To burn calories, increase strength • Exercise programing- Workouts for you to do on your own when we can't meet • Motivation & Accountability- I will be follow up with you and be available by text/email/ and phone as needed to ensure adherence to the program.
