A personal fitness mountain is usually just a molehill behind magnifying glass - let's get that tiny little magnifying glass out of the way and get you where you need to be! Whether you're 15 or 115 years old - whether it's losing 5, 10, 50 lbs or more - or the opposite: gaining weight - or streamlining any type of fitness or athletic goals, I can help!

Training Philosophy

Two of the three keys to success are having realistic goals and a solid plan for acheiving them. Paying attention and listening to YOU and YOUR goals is what it's all about - there is NO cookie cutter approach here. Your plan will be unique to you. Everyone is different! The last key to success is putting in the work - which is also up to you - we can be as aggressive or as paced as you want to be - either way, results will come!

Helping myself and others strive toward achieving a healthy and well-balanced level of fitness is my true calling!I have thirsted for and participated in group and individual sports successfully since childhood. I'm currently a middle distance trail & road runner, cyclist, ice hockey player, resistance training enthusiast, and fitness adventurist! It's an interesting mix of energy system and nutritional requirements for sure. Knowing how to train, eat, and keep everything balanced has been the key to keeping me going full throttle! When I'm not working out or training, I'm learning - I truly love all aspects of sport and fitness!
