Personal Trainer Overview
I am very knowledgeable about diet, nutrition, and exercise. My workouts consist of interval and circuit training. I am high-energy trainer that makes workouts engaging and fun for my clients. I have over 10 years of experience in the industry, and I am very skillful in motivating and educating my clients to achieve their fitness goals.
I believe in losing weight the healthy way. Working out along with a healthy diet. Anyone can lose weight, but can you do it in a healthy manner? That is where I come in. I counsel my clients on nutrition to help them get to their goals faster and healthier. I am very committed to providing dynamic, individually designed programs for people of all ages whose skills range from novice to athlete. My fitness philosophy is that there is never a finish line in fitness.

For me, fitness is a state of mind that allows people to improve their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I discovered my passion for physical fitness in college, so I focused my studies on health and nutrition. I extended my learning by attending several seminars presented by renowned fitness and nutrition expert, Len Kravitz, Ph.D. I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer in 2005. My goal since then has been to share my knowledge and experience with students of all ages about the importance of pursuing a healthy lifestyle by making informed choices. To accomplish my goal I have participated in additional training that includes certification as Mad-Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor, Boot Camp and Kettlebell instructor. I have also attended training to familiarize myself with the fitness needs of specialized age groups, including menopausal women and senior adults. I am very committed to providing dynamic, individually designed programs for people of all ages whose skills range from novice to athlete.
