  • I am RKC (Russian kettle bell certification) certified
  • ISSA certified. I am a certified Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor. I hold a first degree black belt in tae kwon do
  • a third degree black belt in Chinese boxing and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Personal Trainer Overview

I train clients based on their abilities and needs, by using various types of equipment and body weight. I make exercising fun for the clients to ensure they leave feeling good about themselves.

Training Philosophy

I believe that people should train to make themselves feel better and have fun. If people have fun in their workouts they are more likely to stick with it. I combine kickboxing, kettle bell training, sand bag training, conditioning, weight lifting and body weight exercises.


I currently teach spin classes, mixed martial arts, strength and conditioning classes, along with kickboxing classes.


I currently train in order to improve my mma and jiujitsu fighting, along with just to feel better about myself and be healthy. I surf when I'm not training and spend time with my family. I have been studying martial arts since the age of 12. I began lifting weights at 15 years old. I have studied various martial arts, including Muay Thai, tae kwon do, Chinese boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have fought and competed, but have leaned more towards teaching and helping people with their health and fitness.
