Personal Trainer Overview
ACE Certified Professional who focuses on scientifically based principles for weight loss/strength and muscle gain!
I like to work on reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass through science backed strength/hypertrophy training, followed by conditioning for a total body workout that maximizes results in the minimum amount of time!
High School Diploma
I started my fitness journey in 2013 with circuit training. I lost 30 pounds, but had minimal muscle to show for it. I focused strength training and hypertrophy for the next year, and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle. My research/results led to questions from others about how they could do the same. While helping others I discovered a passion for health and fitness I did not know I had! I worked hard for another year studying for my ACE PT exam, and passed it in 2016. Now I work at Westside Strength and Conditioning, helping teach group fitness classes and training clients.
