Personal Trainer Overview
Kelly specializes in helping women enjoy optimal health and a lean, fit body. Quality of life depends on maintaining muscle mass, bone density and stamina. We achieve this with short, effective workouts with minimal equipment.
The hormonal effects of exercise and nutrition are of utmost importance. Short workouts that employ weights and intervals have proven to produce hormonal responses favoring fat loss and muscle retention. Nutrition should also support these efforts by controlling the hormonal response of each meal through intelligent food choices.
My bachelor's degree is in engineering but my passion is fitness. So, I have taken a systematic, results driven approach to education myself on the most efficient way to exercise for results.
Kelly is a mother of 3 in her 40s with 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She offers private and semi private training as well as group classes that deliver similar results for a smaller investment!
