Personal Trainer Overview
I am experienced in training all levels of fitness and ages. I currently run fitness boot camps and in each of my classes we will do something fun and different. I carry over this same philosophy wtih my personal training and make each workout enjoyable while implementing core training, strength & endurance training, and flexibility training.
I keep my clients accountable for their diet, exercising properly, and living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that all people have the ability to train by themselves but they need an experienced personal trainer like myself to help motivate and guide them in the right direction. The right training plan for each individual is the key to obtaining results.

I have been involved in fitness my whole life. I am a collegiate hockey player and soccer player. My training for bodybuilding competitions has allowed me to gain the knowledge needed to pass on to others on how to get your body in the best physical shape.
