Bio

Personal Fitness became a major factor in my life after sustaining a debilitating back injury. I was advised by doctors it was either undergo corrective surgery or exercise to minimize the pain. I decided I would participate in the later and develop a regular exercise program to strengthen the weakened area. As a result of regular exercise, I grew to love a healthier lifestyle. It has been my goal since, to encourage others and help develop health and longevity through my personal training technique and education.
