Personal Trainer Overview

I am a NASM cpt and generally adhere to their training guidelines. I like to incorporate new exercises and techniques with each program to help my clients progressively work towards their goals.

Training Philosophy

I do not believe in mirrors or numbers on scales. I do not believe that the scale is the best indicator of progress. I believe that the body itself is the best indicator.
