THE Fitness Center, Personal Training Gym is a non-membership private personal training facility. Which provides certified independent trainers a location to train their clients. The facility is a total of 3000sqf with locker rooms, showers, free towel service, and a large selection of new functional training equipment. The fitness trainers are very diverse in their training and knowledge. You can choose from many health and wellness programs from; sports conditioning, weight management, strength training, general health, and weight loss.
