Chris Silvernale graduated with a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado. He and his wife now call Greeley, CO home.
Five years ago, Chris began working as a personal trainer because of his love for his own fitness and health. Today, he enjoys helping others achieve their fitness and health goals.
Chris enjoys many active hobbies such as playing racquetball, hiking, backpacking and snow shoeing. He also enjoys home improvement projects with his wife and quality family time when he is not helping others.
