Gym Overview

We are a private personal training facility. I help clients of all fitness levels and ages. I help with bodybuilding show contest prep to just helping build a healthy functioning physique. My services include training, nutrition and 24 hour support. My rate is $60 per hour flat ( with the option of package rates). There is no long term contacts or start up fees.
